The staff of the Toronto Chapter are proud of the services provided to you, our members, and the general community.  Evaluation is necessary to ensure that our services stay relevant, helpful and current.  Please take the time to answer a few survey questions regarding Information and Referral Services.  

Information and Referral includes short-term counselling, questions answered by Email, Telephone, or face-to-face, Literature sent by mail or Email and referral to services in your community.
