Funding will be available to a maximum of $300 per child to help support extra curricular activities for children who have a parent with MS.  Such activities could include purchase of sports equipment; membership fees/uniform costs for clubs such as Brownies or fee’s for music or dance lessons.

Applications will be accepted from February 1, 2010 to December 1, 2010.
