From the time of diagnosis, we're here to support, encourage and provide practical help through the following services:

  • Recreation & Social Activities

Information & Education

  • Information about MS, including publications covering all aspects of living with MS.

  • The most up-to-date information on current research.

  • Information on resources available in your community.

  • Educational sessions and conferences covering a variety of topics related to living with multiple sclerosis, designed both for people with MS and their families.

  • Each Division office has a lending library of books, video tapes, and DVD's. Borrow a resource from our catalogue.


Recreational & Social Activities

Some programs available may include the following:

  • Tai Chi
  • Aquatic Fitness Programs
  • Strength Training
  • Social and Support Group Activities
  • Funding Programs
