Celebrating 31 years in Canadian schools, the MS Read-A-Thon promotes literacy, disability awareness and community involvement. Since 1977, over 5 million students, read over 20 million books and raised over $40 million dollars for MS research and services.
The MS Read-A-Thon promotes reading skills that will last a lifetime. It
also teaches children about multiple sclerosis, disability awareness and
the important of recreational reading. Your students will get excited about
reading and learning about their power to help others and make a difference
in their communities.

Minutes Club for students
Join the Minutes Club and get a chance to win a six month subscription to Chirp, Chickadee or Owl Magazine! If you are in grade 3 or below, all you have to do is read over 400 minutes to be in the Minutes Club. If you're in grade 4 or above, aim to read over 1,000 minutes and you’re in!
